Reid Bissonnette PhD
Senior Director, Immuno-Oncology
Dr. Bissonnette is a drug discovery and development scientist with over 25 years of experience in oncology drug discovery and development, with particular emphasis and interest in immuno-oncology and translational medicine. He has extensive hands-on experience acting as PI on both preclinical (pharmacology) and nonclinical (safety) trials, focused on targeted oncology, immuno-oncology and inflammation therapeutics. Dr. Bissonnette is particularly skilled in discovery and early development, from concept to clinic,identifying and advancing potential therapies from small molecules to biologics including antibodies, ADCs, peptides and peptide drug conjugates. As a PhD scientist with primary focus on translational studies, he is astutely equipped in designing experiments and interpreting data. This includes preclinical and clinical trial-associated correlative studies to identify biomarkers predictive of patient response as well as pharmacodynamic markers of efficacy. Dr. Bissonnette received his PhD from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
