Scott Jordan

Scott Jordan is a FINRA licensed registered representative with over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry as a C-Level / business development executive and investment banker. During this time, Scott successfully assisted biotechnology companies raise private placements / secondary public stock offerings, securing regional/global licensing agreements, and facilitating liquidity events via M&A, and initial/alternative public offerings. In addition to Scott’s role as CEO/ Founder of SJordan Associates, he is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Inomagen Therapeutics which is developing a gene therapy for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and Advisor to AUM Biosciences (small molecule/tyrosine kinase inhibitors), ImaginAb (radiopharmaceuticals), and Meditope Biosciences (ADC linker technology). Previously, Scott was Chief Business Officer (CBO) / CFO of two early-stage companies located in Houston, Texas (Iterion Therapeutics, Salarius Pharmaceuticals). He has also worked closely with a promising immune-oncology company, Stingray Therapeutics, founded by Dr. Sunil Sharma – Physician in Chief, Division Director Applied Cancer Research and Drug Discovery. Scott also worked at Healthios Capital Markets LLC, a boutique investment bank serving the life sciences industry including private placements and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
